Özet

Koroner arter hastalığının en önemli semptomu olan angina pektorisin değerlendirmesinde birçok ayırıcı tanının da ekarte edilmesi gerekmektedir. Bunlardan biri de torasik outlet sendromudur. Özellikle toraks travması ya da operasyonu geçirenlerde torasik outlet send romunun akılda tutulması; gereksiz tanısal ve terapötik işlemlerin yapılmasını engelleyebilir.

Abstract

In the evaluation of angina pectoris, which is the most important symptom of coronary artery disease, many differential diagnoses should be excluded. One of them is thoracic outlet syndrome. Keeping thoracic outlet syndrome in mind especially in patients with thoracic trauma or operation may prevent unnecessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
