Özet
Psödoksantoma elastikum; deri, göz, gastrointestinal ve kardiovasküler sistemleri tutan bir elastoreksistir. Portakal kabuğu görünümlü fundus (peau d'orange), optik sinir başı druseni ve anjioid çatlak en belirgin göz bulgularıdır. Bu yazıda iki olgu nedeniyle Psödoksantoma elastikum'un sistemik ve göz bulguları literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
Psödoksantoma Elastikum is a form of elastorrhexis that affects mainty the skin, eyes, gastrointestinal and cardlovascular systems. The most prominent signs of the eye are peau d'orange changes in the fundus, optic nerve head drusen and angioid streaks. in this article, two cases with Psodoksantoma Elastikum are presented and the ophthalmologic and systemic signs of the disease are discussed under the light of literature.
