Özet

Periferik ülseratif keratit, kollojen doku hastalıklarında ve sistemik vaskülitlerde nadir görülen bir klinik tablodur. Bu hastalığın patogenezinden otoimmünite sorumlu tutulmaktadır. Periferik ülseratif keratitin ayrıcı tanısında Mooren ülseri özellikle dikkate alınmalıdır. Bir olgunun her iki gözünde farklı zamanlarda perforasyonla seyreden periferik ülseratif keratit meydana gelmiştir. Etyolojik araştırmada ülseratif keratit için hiçbir neden tespit edilememiştir. Bu çalışmada, periferik ülseratif keratit ile birlikte perforasyon gelişen ve tedavisinde bilateral arkuat lamellar keratoplasti yapılan bir olgu sunulmaktadır.

Abstract

Peripheral ulcerative keratitis (PUK) is a rare condition associted with collogen tissue disorders and systemic vasculitis.The pathogenesis of this disease is related to autoimmunity. Mooren's ulcer should be considered for differential diagnosis especially no other reason found. PUK with perforation had occured in both eyes of a case in different times. There couldn't be found any reason for ulserative keratitis. In this study, a case underwent bilateral arcuat lamellar keratoplasty for treatment of PUK with perforation is presented
