Özet
Internal limitan membranın hemorajik dekolmanın olduğu iki gözde bu membranda bir açılma yaratmak için Q switched Nd: TAG laser kullandık. Her iki gözde de membranotomiden sonra, kan preretinal alandan hızla temizlendi. Böylece görme keskinliğinde hızlı bir ge¬lişme elde edildi. Hiçbir retinal hasar gözlenmedi. Nd: TAG laser fotodistruption subretinal hemorajili bazı vakaların tedavisinde fay¬dalı olabilir.
Abstract
We used a g-switched Nd: TAG laser to create an ope¬ning in the internal limiting membrane in two eyes with hemorrhagic detachment of the internal membra¬ne. In these eyes, after membranotomy, blood rapidly cleared from the preretinal space resulting in prompt improvement in visual acuity. No retinal injury was observed. Nd: TAG laser photodistruption may be use¬ful in the treatment of some cases with subretinal li¬miting hemorrhages
