Paraziter blefaritli üç olgu sunumu

Özet

Paraziter enfestasyon tespit edilen 3 blefarit olgusu takdim edildi. Beş yaşındaki bir olguda paraziter ajan pediculozis capitis olup, kirpik kesimi ve mekanik temizlik ile tedavi edildi. Elli beş ve yirmiüç yaşlarındaki iki hastada ise blefarit nedeni Pthurus pubisdi, hastalardan biri vazelin ve mekanik temizlik ile tedavi edilirken, diğeri tetrasiklin pomat, kirpik kesimi mekanik temizlik ile tedavi edildi. Her yaş grubu blefaritli olgularda ayırıcı tanıda paraziter enfestasyonlanda düşünülmesi gerektiği vurgulandı.

Abstract

Parasitic enfestation had been recognized in 3 cases who had blephratis symptoms. One of these patients was 5 years old male and enfested by Pediculosis capitis and he was treated by lash cut and mechanical removel. The other patients were female and both were enfected by pthirius pubils. They were at the ages of 55 and 23. The former one was treated by vaseline and mechanical removal. The later patient has been threated by tetrayclin ointment, lash cut and mechanical removal. In the conclusion parazitle enfections should be in mind in the blepharitic cases.
