Özet
Çalışmamızda fotorefraktif keratektomi ile miyopi tedavisinde "transition zone" ile "multizone" ablasyon tekniklerinin postoperatif görme keskinliği ve refraksiyon üzerine etkileri karşılaştırılarak araştırılmıştır. Her iki tedavi grubunda miyopi derecesi yükseldikçe postoperatif öngörünüm azaldığı, ulaşılan görme keskinliği bakımından fark olmadığı, fakat özellikle orta dereceli miyopide multizone tekniğinin daha etkili olduğu izlendi.
Abstract
In this study, we evaluated the efficiency öf transition zone and multizone photorefractive keratectomy techniques on refraction and postoperative vision in myopic and reliability was decreased with increasing myopia for transition zone as well as multizone technique. It was seen that there was no difference in the loss of the best corrected visual acuity for each mode but decrease of refractive error was better with multizone technique for moderate myopia.
