Özet

Ani gelişen sulanma ve görme azalmasıyla başvuran spontan kornea perforasyonu ve bilateral Terrien'in marginal dejenerasyonu saptanan 28 yaşındaki olgunun sıkı bandaj kapama tedavisi sonrası perforasyonun kapandığı ve ön kamaranın oluştuğunu bildirmek amaçlandı.

Abstract

We report spontaneous corneal perforation as a presenting sign of bilateral Terrien's marginal degeneration in a 28-year-old man who presented with hyperlacrimation and sudden loss of vision in his right eye. A tight bandage was used, which led to closure of the perforation and reformation of the anterior chamber.
