Özet
Kıron kırıkları özellikle genç hastalarda oldukça sık karşılaşılan dental Yaralanmalardır. Travmatize olan dişin estetik ve fonksiyonel açıdan hemen tedavi edilmesi oldukça faydalıdır. Diş lükse değilse ve parçalar doğru bir şekilde uyumlanabiliyorsa, parçaların yeniden yerine yerleştirilmesi ön diş kırıkları için iyi bir tedavi seçeneğidir. Bu olgu sunumu bonding işlemleriyle birlikte earn fiberle güçlendirilmiş kompozit postlar kullanılarak kırık parçaların yerine yerleştirilmesi için uygun klinik işlemleri sunmaktadır. Kırık parçaların cam fiberle güçlendirilmiş kompozit postlarla yeniden yerine yerleştirilmesi oldukça konservatif ve estetik bir tedavidir. Bu tedavi dişin orijinal anatomisiyle restorasyonunu sağlar ve böylece dental dokular korunarak kısa sürede fonksiyon elde edilir. Bu olgu raporunun 10 aylık sonuçları, kırık parçaların yeniden yerine yerleştirilmesinin ön dişlerdeki kron kırıklarının tedavisinde önerilebilecek bir teknik olduğunu göstermektedir.
Abstract
Crown fractures are frequent dental injuries, especially in young patients. It is beneficial to quickly restore the function and the aesthetics of the traumatized tooth. The immediate fragment reattachment is a therapeutic choice for anterior crown fractures, when the tooth is not luxated and the fragment is correctly stored. This case report presents the clinical procedures for the immediate fragment reattachment by accurate bonding procedures in combination with glass-fiber reinforced composite post .The immediate fragment reattachment with glass-fiber reinforced composite post a is a very conservative and aesthetics treatment: it allows the restoration of the original dental anatomy, thus rehabilitating function and in a short time, by preserving dental tissues. The 10 months results of this case report showed that the immediate reattachment of a dental fragment is a technique that should be considered when treating patients with crown fractures of anterior teeth.
