Özet

Meme dokusunun sarkomları tüm meme tümörlerinin %1'inden azını oluşturan ender görülen tümörlerdir. Liposarkomlar ise bu tümörlerin yaklaşık %0,3'ünü oluştururlar. Sağ memede kitle yakınması ile başvuran 54 yaşındaki kadın hastanın yapılan muayenesinde, 3,5 cm çapında sınırları düzensiz lezyon tespit edildi. Lezyon eksizyonel biopsi ile çıkarıldı. Yapılan patolojik inceleme sonucunda olgu pleomorfik liposarkom tanısı aldı. Memenin pleomorfik liposarkomu, diğer pleomorfik tümörler ile ayrımı yapılması gereken, nadir görülen bir tümördür.

Abstract

Sarcomas of breast tissue are rare tumors that comprise less than 1% of all of the breast tumors. Liposarcomas constitute 3% of these tumors. In the clinical examination of 54 years old woman who came with palpable mass in right breast, a lesion of 3.5 cm diameter with irregular borders was determined. Lesion is excised surgically. In the pathologic examination, this case is diagnosed as pleomorphic liposarcoma.Pleomorphic liposarcoma of breast is a rare tumor which must be distinguished from other pleomorphic tumors.
