Özet

Renal hücreli karsinom (RHK) sıklıkla 50-70 yaş ara- sında görülmesine rağmen gebelikte de tanı alabil- mektedir. RHK gebelikte en sık görülen renal ne- oplazmdır. Çoğu olgu insidental olarak yakalanır. Bazen tanı gebelikte üriner semptomlar sık olduğu için gecikebilir. Kür oranı ve tedavi şekli tümör ev- resi ve yayılımı ile direkt ilişkilidir. Biz 35 yaşında postpartum bir metastatik RHK olgusunu tartışma- ya çalıştık.

Abstract

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is most frequently seen between the ages of 50-70, but occasionally diag- nosed during pregnancy. RCC is the most commonly encountered renal neoplasm in pregnancy. Most cases are incidentally diagnosed in pregnancy. So- metimes diagnosis delays because of concomitant urinary semptoms which occurs frequently in ges- tation. The probability of cure and management of the disease is directly related to the stage and degree of tumor dissemination. We discussed a 35 years old postpartum metastatic RCC case.
