Özet
Bu çalışmada, taşınmaz (gayrimenkul) değerleme sistemimizin yeniden yapılandırılması bağlamında daha önceden yapılmış bilimsel çalışma ve önerilerin hangi uygulamaları kapsadığı ve bunların olası kullanıcılar açısından neler ifade ettiği üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu çalışmalar ışığında; mevzuat, kurumsal ve teknik açılardan ülkemize özgü bir yaklaşımın geliştirilmesi ve iyi işleyen bir değerleme sisteminin yapılandırılması için gerekli olan bilimsel bir altyapı çalışma arşivinin oluşturulması hedeflenmiştir. Konuyla ilgili bilimsel çalışma ve önerileri toplu bir şekilde görmeye imkân veren bu derleme çalışmasının, gelecek çalışmalar açısından önemli bulgular ortaya koyacağı ve özellikle bu alanda araştırma yapacak kişilere yol gösterici nitelikte olacağı düşünülmektedir.
Abstract
In this study, it was emphasized what applications and scientific activities and proposals made in the context of the restructuring of our immovable (real estate) valuation system cover what applications and what they represent in terms of potential users. In the light of these studies; it is aim to the development of a country-specific approach to legislation, institutional and technical aspects, and the establishment of an archive of scientific infrastructure for the structuring of a well-functioning valuation system. It is thought that this review study, which allows seeing the scientific work and the proposal in a collective way, will reveal important findings in terms of future studies and will be a guide to those who will carry out research on this area in particular.
