Abstract
In this research, qualitative and quantitative distributions of microfungal flora of the some agricultural areas in the Ezine (Çanakkale) vicinity were studied. The soil samples that were chosen for this aim and collected at 21 stations from 10 cm depth were subjected to mycological analysis with the tecnique of soil dilution. By this tecnique 70 different micro-fungal isolates were obtained. 8 of these isolates was subsumed under the class of Zygomycetes, 3 under the class of Ascomycetes and 55 under the class of Deuteromycetes, but 4 isolates were defined in sterile form (Mycelia sterilid). In the investigation soils,, in terms of qualitative aspect, Penicillium and Aspergillus are dominant and these are followed by Fusarium, Humicola, Trichoderma and Eupenicillium. In terms of quantitative aspect, Penicillium is more overwhelming than the other genera.
