Özet
Türkiye endemiği Hyacinthus orientalis L. subsp. chionophilus Wendelbo taksonunun kromozom sayısı ve kromozom ölçümleri de dahil olmak üzere sitolojik özellikleri ilk kez sunulmaktadır. Bu taksonun kromozom sayısı 2n: 16'dır. Büyüklükleri 17.09 ile 3.91 $\mu$ m arasında değişen bu kromozomların kol oranları 1.06 ile 2.95 $\mu$ m arasındadır. Buna göre, karyotip formülü, dört metasentrik ve dört submetasentrik kromozomdan oluşmaktadır. Satellit, 2. kromozomun kısa kolunda belirlenmiştir.
Abstract
The cytological features including chromosome count and detailed chromosome measurements were reported for the first time in Hyacinthus orientalis L. subsp. chionophilus Wendelbo endemic to Turkey. This taxon has a chromosome number of 2n: 16. Chromosome sizes ranged from 17.09 to 3.91 $\mu$ m while arm ratios ranged between 1.06 and 2.95 $\mu$ m. The karyotype formula is consist from four metacentric and four submetacentric chromosomes. Satellite was detected on the short arm of chromosome 2.
