Verbascum diversifolium Hub.-Mor. ve V. birandianum Hochst. (Scrophulariaceae) türlerinin taksonomik yönden karşılaştırılması

Özet
Ülkemizde çok sayıda endemik ve 359 takson ile temsil edilen Verbascum L. cinsi Türkiye florasının en büyük cinslerindendir. Bu cinsin G gurubunda yer alan Verbascum diversifolium Hub.- Mor. ve V. briandianum Hochst. türleri yakın ilişkili ve benzer türler olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Her iki tür kırmızı kitapta EN ve VU kategorilerinde yer almaktadır. Bu çalışmada, endemik olan bu türlerin sistematiğine katkıda bulunmak için morfolojik, anatomik ve palinolojik özellikleri incelendi. Elazığ ve çevresinden toplanan örneklerin dış morfolojik özellikleri belirlenerek kök, gövde ve yapraklardan alınan enine kesitlerle anatomik özellikleri saptandı. Polenlere ait karakterler ışık mikroskobu ile belirlendi. Çalışılan türlerin polen tipi trikolpat, polen şekli V. diversifolium'da. oblat, V. birandianum 'da ,ise suboblat olarak tespit edildi. Çok benzer özellikler gösteren bu iki türün sistematiğine katkıda bulunacak veriler tartışıldı.
Abstract
Verbascum L. is represented with 359 taxa and most of them are endemics in Turkey and it is one of the widest genera of flora of Turkey. Verbascum diversifolium Hub.- Mor. and V. briandianutn Hochst are in the G group are described as closely related and similar species. Both species are represented in the EN and VU categories in the red book. In this study, the morphological, anatomical and palynological features of these endemic taxa are investigated to do contribution the systematics of species. External morphologic features of the specimens collected from Elazığ vicinity are described and anatomical features obtained from the cross section of the roots, stems and leaves are determined. Pollen characters of the studied species are investigated with the light microscope. Pollen type of the studied species are tricolpate. The pollen shape are determined oblate in V. diversifolium and suboblate in V. birandianum. Both species are found very similar in regarding of the investigated characters. The findings are discussed with the literature data.
