A Study on the Myxomycetes in Manisa

Özet

Bu çalışma 2005-2006 yılları arasında, Manisa ili genelini kapsayan 13 ayrı istasyondan 45 ayrı örnek alma noktasından toplanan örnekler üzerinde yapılmıştır. Örnekler ağaç kabukları, yaprak ve çürüyen bitkisel materyallerden elde edilmiştir. Toplanan materyallere Nem Odası Tekniği uygulanmış ve miksomiset sporoforları geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca doğal ortamında gelişmiş olan miksomisetler de toplanmıştır. Elde edilen örneklerden arazi ve laboratuvar çalışmaları sonucu 10 Familyaya ait 19 Cinse ait toplam 73 türü belirlenmiştir.

Abstract

This study has been made on the specimens which were obtained from 45 sample regions in 13 different areas of Manisa between 2005-2006. The samples were obtained from the barks of trees, the leaves and the materials of decayed trees. The Moist Chamber Culture has been applied to the collected materials and Myxomycetes sporophore has been tried to be developed. In addition, Myxomycetes which grew up in its natural environment were obtained. As a result of field and laboratory studies, 73 taxa belonging to 19 genera and 10 families were identified.
