Morphological, anatomical and palynological properties of endemic Onosma sintenisii Hausskn. & Bornm. (Boraginaceae)

Bu çalışmada, endemik Onosma sintenisii Hausskn. & Bornm. (Boraginaceae) morfolojik, anatomik ve palinolojik olarak incelenmiştir. Gövde ve yapraklar yoğun tüylerle kaplıdır. Tabanları şişkin setalı tüylere sahiptir. Bitki 10-35 cm boyunda ve diktir. Gövdede 3-5 sıralı kollenkima mevcuttur ve kambiyum fuloyemin altında belirgindir. Yapraklar ekvifasiyal ve amfisutomatiktir. Sutoma hücreleri anomositik veya anizositiktir. Sutoma indeksi üst epidermis için 21.5, alt epidermis için ise 12.8’dir. Polen tipi sinkolporat ve polen şekli subpurolatdır (P/E: 1.2).
Abstract
In this study, endemic Onosma sintenisii Hausskn. & Bornm. (Boraginaceae) was investigated morphologically, anatomically and palynologically. Stem and leaves are covered with densely hairs. It has setae with tuberculate bases. The plant is 10-35 cm tall and erect. The stem consists of 3-5 layered collenchyma and cambium is clear below the phloem. The leaves are equifacial and amphistomatous. Stomata cells are anomocytic or anisocytic. The stomata index is 21.5 for the upper epidermis and 12.8 for the lower epidermis. Pollen type of species is syncolporatae in one of polar axis and shape of the pollen is subprolata (P/E: 1.2).
