Özet
Bu çalışmada myoma uteri nedeniyle total abdominal histerektomi ve bilateral salpingoooferektomi yapılan hastaya ait spesmenin incelenmesinde, servikste rastlantısal olarak saptanan 'blue' nevus olgusu sunulmaktadır. Literatürde tanımlanan benzer olgular gözden geçirilerek ayırıcı tanılar ve histogeneze yönelik hipotezler tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
In this study, a case of blue nevus of the uterine cervix is presented. It was found incidentally in histopathological examination of the cervix of a patient who had total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingooferectomy for a leiomyoma of uterus. Similar cases that were described previously in literature are reviewed and hypothesises about histogenesis of this lesion are discussed.
