Özet
Üst gastrointestinal traktın submukozal lipomu nadir görülen benign tümörlerdir. Dispeptik yakınmaları nedeniyle gastroenteroloji polikliniğimize başvuran 56 yaşındaki kadın hastanın yapılan üst endoskopisinde duodenum ikinci kısmında ortalama 1 cm çaplı polipoid lezyon izlendi. Endoskopik biyopsi sonucu lipom tanısı alan olgu, duodenal lipomların nadir görülen bir antite olması nedeniyle sunulmaya değer bulundu ve ilgili literatür gözden geçirildi.
Abstract
Submucosal lipoma is a rare benign tumor of the upper gastrointestinal tract. A 56 years old woman was admitted to gastroenterology out patient clinic with complaint of dis peptic symptoms. Endoscopy of the upper gastrointestinal tract reveaied a polipoid lesion, about 1 cm diameter, located in the second part of the duodenum. The case was found worth of publication because of its rarity and discussed in the view of the literature.
