Özet
Memenin vasküler tümörleri son derece nadir olup, çoğunluğu maligndir. Histolojik olarak tanısı anjiomatozis olan memede nodüler, benign kitlesi olan olgu sunulmaktadır. Bu nadir lezyonun klinik ve histolojik bulguları yeniden gözden geçirilmektedir. Anjiomatozis lokal nüks eğilimdedir, bu yüzden histolojik negatif sınırlı komplet eksizyon veya mastektomi uygulanır.
Abstract
Vascular tumors of the breast are extremely rare, and the majority is malignant. In this report, the presentation of a nodular, benign, vascular tumor that histologically was angiomatosis of the breast is presented. The clinical presentation and histologic fea¬tures of this rare lesion are reviewed associated literature. Angiomatosis is prone to local recurrence, so complete excision with histologically negative margins or mastectomy is performed.
