Özet
Özofagus cerrahisi sonrası fistül gelişimi ciddi bir komp-likasyondur. Fibrin yapıştırıcı enjeksiyonu, kolay, güvenli ve etkili bir yöntem olup, fistül tedavisinde zorlu düzeltici ameliyatları gereksiz kılabilir. Burada fibrin yapıştırıcı ile başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edilen bir özofagus fistülü ol¬gusu sunulmuştur.
Abstract
Closure of an esophagopleural fistula using fibrin glue Fistula is a severe complication following esophageal sur¬gery. The fibrin glue injection is an easy, safe and ef¬fective procedure and it may eliminate the need of difficult reoperations in the treatment of fistula formation. We re¬port a successful case with an esophageal fistula treated with fibrin glue injection.
