Özet
Akciğer blastomu, nadir görülen ve histolojik olarak fetus akciğer dokusuna benzeyen bir akciğer tümörüdür. Bildirilen olguların yaklaşık % 25'ini çocuk hastalar oluşturur. Sıklıkla akciğerin kistik hastalıkları ile birlikte görülen akciğer blastomu, öncelikle merkezi sinir sistemi ve iskelet sistemine metastaz yapma eğiliminde olan bir tümördür. Çalışmamızda kliniğimize akciğer blastomu tanısı ile tedavi edilen 4.5 yaşında bir kız olgu nadir olması, tedavisinin güçlüğü ve özellikle yüksek nüks oranları nedeniyle tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
Pulmonary blastoma is a rare primary neoplasm of the lung which resembles to fetal lung histologically. Approximately 25 % of the reported cases occur in pediatric patients. They are usually associated with cystic diseases of the lung. Pulmonary blastoma tends to metastasize particularly to the central nervous system and skeletal system. We report a case of pulmonary blastoma in a 41/2-year-old girl with respect to its rarity, difficulties in the treatment and particularly high recurrence rates.
