Özet
Atnalı anal fistiil çocuklarda oldukça nadir görülen bir patolojidir. Derin posterior anal aralığa yerleşen apsenin, zamanla gluteal bölge ile sakrum üzerinde fistül ağızları oluşturması ile meydana gelir. Anal bölgeden uzak mutipl fistüllerle karekterizedir ve klasik fistüllerden daha kompleks bir tedavi gerektirir. Atnalı anal fistiil saptadığımız 3 yaşındaki bir kız olgu kolostomi sonrası posterior sagittal girişim uygulanarak tedavi edildi. Bir yıllık izlemde nüks saptanmadı. Çocuklarda nadir olan bu kompleks patolojinin tedavisinde posterior sagittal yaklaşımla fistülektomiyi öneriyoruz.
Abstract
Horseshoe fistulainano is very rare in children. It is derived from and abscess which is located in the deep posterior anal space and develops fistulae to the gluteal region and sacrum. It is characterised by multiple fistula which are for from the anus and. requires a more complex treatment than the classical fistulainano. A 3 year old girl with horseshoe fistulainano was treated by posterior saggital anorectoplasty following a colostomy. The was no recurrence at one year follow-up. We suggest fistulectomy with posterior sagital approach in this rare and complex pathology in childhood.
