Özet
Bu çalışmada; 4 tarım işletmesi ile 1 sperma üretim merkezinden lab-tuvanmıza gönderilen toplam 67 prepusyum yıkantısı ve 10 sperma cgi Mikoplazma spp ve Oreaplazma spp yönünden incelendi. Bu amaçla ;oplazma ve üreaplazma beslyerlertae ekimler yapıldı ve sonuçlar erlendirildi. Prepusyum yıkantılannm 12 (%17.9)'si mikoplazma, 6 i.9)'sı üreaplazma yönünden pozitif bulundu. Spermadan etken izole emedi. Tarım işletmelerinin 3'ünden mikoplazma ve üreaplazma izolasyonu yapılırken, sperma üretim merkezinden izolasyon yapılmadı. İzole en suşlara biyokimyasal testler uygulandı ve tip tayini için Central erinary Laboratories (Weybridge/İngiltere)'e gönderildi. Gönderilen lar PCR ve üreme inhibisyon testleri ile Mycoplasma bovis, M.bovirhinis, Acheloplasma laidlawii ve Ureaplasma diversum olarak identifiye edildi.
Abstract
In this study, total 67 preputium washings and 10 sperm samples from tate farm and 1 sperm production centre were cultured for isolation of coplasma spp and ureaplasma spp. They were inoculated into growth dia and the results were evaluated in 12 samples (17.9%) of preputium shings were found to be mycoplasma positive while 6 of them (8,9%) were ureaplasma positive. Mycoplasmas and ureaplasmas were detected after culture examination of sperm samples from 3 state farm. No isolation 3 made from sperm production centre. The isolated strains were biochemical tested and sent to the Central Veterinary Laboratories (Weybridge, ) for further investigation. According to the obtained results, the strains tt were identified as M.bovis, M.bovirhinis, A.laidlawii and U.diversum.
