Senkron primer over ve endometrium karsinomları

Özet

Över ve endometriumun primer senkron karsinomlan nadir görülen, tanı ve tedavi kriterlerinin net olarak ortaya konmadığı patolojilerdir. Erken evrede teşhis edildiklerinden ve daha düşük gradeli olduklarından prognozları nisbeten daha iyidir. Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Kadın Hastanesi Onkoloji Kliniğinde 1989-1995 yılları arasındaki 155 endometrium kanseri ve 128 över kanseri olgusunun retrospektif incelenmesi sonucu 4 adet senkron primer over ve endometrium kanseri olgusu saptandı. Olgular endometrium kanserlerinin %2.6'sını över kanserlerinin %3.1'ini oluşturmaktaydı. Tüm olgular Evre I över ve endometrium karsinomu idi. Endometrium histopatolojisi 4 vakada da adenokarsinom olarak saptandı (3 olgu Grade 2, l olgu Grade l) Overlerdeki histopatoloji ise 3 olguda endometrioid (2 vakada Grade 2, l vakada Grade 1), l olguda adenokarsinom (Grade 1) olarak saptandı.

Abstract

The synchronous occurence of carcinoma in the ovary and the endometrium is uncommon and present a diagnostic and therapeutic dilemma. Patients with synchronous dual primary carcinomas appear to have a more favorable prognosis than that expected with stage IIA ovarian carcinoma or stage III endometrial carcinoma. Between 1989-1995, 128 patients with ovarian carcinoma and 155 patients with endometrial carcinoma -were treated at Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Women's Hospital. Synchronous occurence of dual primary tumors occured in 3.1% (4/128) of the ovarian carcinoma patients and 2.6% (4/155) of the endometrial carcinoma patients., All patients had stage I ovarian and endometrial carcinoma. The histology of endometrial carcinoma was adenocarcinoma in all patients (3 cases grade 3, 1 case grade 1) and the histology of ovarian carcinoma was endometrioid in 3 cases (two cases grade 2,1 case grade 1) the other case was grade 1 adenocarcinoma.
