Retrospektif olarak yapılan bu çahşmada 1992 Ocak-1993 Ocak ayları arasında ikinci trimestırda abortus yaptınlmıs olan 21 olgu incelendi Abortus indikasyonlanna göre olgulann %9.5 unda anneye ait nedenler, 9614.2 sinde fetusa ait nedenler, %76'sında fetal ölüm saptandL Olgulann ll'inde extraamniotik rivanol InstUasyonu, 6'sında D&C, 3'ünde PGE2 Jel uygulanması, l'inde histemtomi Üe gebelik basan ile sonlandırûdı ve kompltkasyon gelişmedi
Abstract
In this study 21 cases that were performed second trimester induced abortion are examined retrospectively between January 1992 and January 1993 at the Medical College of Aegean Gynecology and Obstetrics Department. The indications of induced abortion are maternal causes (%9.5), fetal anomalies (%14.2) and fetal death (%76). 11 pregnancy were terminated by extraamniotlc instillation of rtvanol and 6 by D&C, 3 by PGE2 gel administration, 1 by hysterotomy succesfully.
