Esnek üretim sistemine bir kalite kontrol ünitesinin eklenmesi

Özet

Otomasyon sistemleri gün geçtikçe ilerleyen teknolojiye ayak uydurarak seri üretim yapan sirketlerde mekanik sistemlerin yerlerini almaktadır. Bununla beraber üretim hattının belirli kademelerindeki kalite kontrol sistemleri de gelisim göstermektedir. Geçmiste insan yardımıyla yapılan kalite kontrol sistemlerinin yerini, otomasyon sistemlerinin gelismesiyle algılayıcılar veya görüntü sistemleri doldurmaktadır. bu sistemler sayesinde parçanın üretim zamanı ve maliyeti düsürülerek, üretim kalitesi arttırılmaktadır. Bu makalede mevcut bir FMS sistemine bir takım eklemeler yapılarak sistemde kalite kontrol isleminin yapılması sağlanmıstır.

Abstract

Automatic control systems are replacing the mechanical systems in the companies which make mass production by complying with the gradually developing technology. Besides, the quality control systems in particular stages of the line of products are also improving. Through the improvement of automatic control systems, sensors or display systems take the place of the quality control systems that were done by man power in the past. Thanks to these systems, by reducing the production time and the cost, the quality of production is enhanced. In this article, making a set of supplementation to an existing FMS system, the quality control process is enabled in the system.
