TEKNOKENTLERDE GİRİŞİMCİLERE SAĞLANAN YARARLAR VERGİSEL BOYUTTA İNCELENMESİ VE BİR UYGULAMA

EXAMINING THE BENEFITS PROVIDED FOR THE ENTRY OF FOUNDERS TO RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTERS FOR TAX PURPOSES

Özet

Girişimcilerin hızla gelişen dünyaya adapte olabilmeleri, yeni teknolojik bilgilerin üretimi, aktarımı ve üretilen bilginin ticarileşebilmesi için 4691 sayılı Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgeleri Kanunu ile Teknokentlerde faaliyette bulunan girişimcilere vergisel ve vergisel olmayan avantajlar sağlanmaktadır. Türkiye’de bilgi üreten inovatif fikre sahip girişimcilere ve bu fikre yatırım yapacak olanların üniversite-kamu-sanayi işbirliğini bir araya getiren Teknokentlerin etkinliğini artırma amaçlı düzenlemeler yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgelerinde faaliyette bulunan girişimcilerin faaliyetlerinden dolayı Teknokentte ve Teknokent dışında yapılan faaliyetlerinin uygulamaya bağlı olarak vergisel ve vergisel olmayan avantajlar yönünden karşılaştırılmasının yapılmasıdır. Araştırma sonuçları girişimcilere ve yatırımcılara, Teknokentte faaliyet göstermeleri durumunda avantajlar sağladığını ortaya koymaktadır.

Abstract

By favor of the law number 4691 “Technology Development Zones Law” providing advantages to the entrepreneurs that operating in technocities to adapt themselves to the fast improving world, to produce, interchange and commercialise new technologic informations. Making arrangements in Turkey to improve increasing the efficiency of the technocities where the universities, government and industry cooperation are bunched together for both investors and innovactive productive entrepreneurs. The purpose of this project to compare operations of the entrepreneurs who operate in Technology Development Zones, both in the technocities and out of the technocities basis on taxational and non-taxational advantages. The research results present that operating in the technocities provides advantages to the entrepreneurs and investors.
