Özet

Yoksulluk nafakası, evlilik sonrası dayanışma ilkesinin bir uzantısı ola- rak boşanmanın mali sonuçları arasında düzenlenmiştir. Yoksulluk nafakası- nın amacı, boşanma sonrasında kendi geçimini sağlama yeteneği bulunma- yan eşin bu yeteneği elde edinceye kadar diğer eş tarafından mali açıdan desteklenmesidir. Bu doğrultuda, clean break ilkesi, yoksulluk nafakasının amacına ulaşılması bakımından evlilik sonrası dayanışma ilkesinin sınırlan- masında başvurulan bir ilke işlevini üstlenir.

At this point the clean break principle steps in according to bound the post marital solidarity prin- ciple.
