Peutz-Jeghers sendromu ve gonodoblastoma

Özet

Peutz-Jeghers Sendromu midede, ince karsakta ve kolonda çok sayıda poliplerin bulunduğu otozomal dominant olarak soya geçen kongenital bir hastalıktır. Peutz-Jeghers Sendromu olan vakalarda överin seks kord tümörlerinin sıklığında artış olduğu bilinmektedir. Gonodoblastom ise disgenetik gonadlardan kaynaklanan en yaygın tümördür. 26 yaşında, virgo olan hastamıza Peutz-Jeghers Sendromu tanısıyla on yıl önce parsiyel jejunektomi uygulanmıştı. Sağ over lojuna uyan bölgede yaklaşık 8 cm çapında solid komponent içeren, yoğun septasyon gösteren kistik kitle saptandı. Bu makale vakanın nadir görülmesi nedeniyle sunulurken bu tabloyla ilgili bilgiler gözden geçirildi.

Abstract

Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome is known as autosomal dominant and is a congenital disease that has multiple polyps in stomach, small intestine and colon. Gonadoblastoma is the most common neoplasm arising in dysgenetic gonads. Our patient was 26 years old and she was a virgo. She had a partial jejunoectomy operation due to Peutz-Jeghers-Syndrome. On pelvic examination there could be found a mass which had 8 cm in diameter and contained solid cystic, septated components. In this paper, we evaluated a woman with pelvic mass which is diagnosed with pelvic examination and ultrasonography, and underwent laparotomy.
