Özet
AMAÇ: Peptik ülser komplikasyonu olarak gelişen pilor stenozunda genellikle cerrahi tedavi önerilmektedir. Amacımız endoskopik yöntemlerle balon dilatasyonun, pilor stenozundaki etkinliğini araştırmaktadır, GEREÇ VE YÖNTEM: Benign sebepli pilor stenozu gelişmiş olan 28 vakada balon dilatasyonu uygulandı. SONUÇ: Hastaların 26(%92.9) sında bu yöntemle başarı sağlandı. YORUM: Benign sebeplere bağlı pilor stenozunda balon dilatasyonu da etkin bir tedavi yöntemidir.
Abstract
PURPOSE: In case of pylorus stenosis, that's o complication of peptic ulcer disease, surgical treatment is recommended. In this stendy, our aim is to evaluate the efficiency of endoscopic balloon dilatation in pylorus stenasis patients. MA TERIAL AND METHOD: We performed balloon dilatation in 28 cases of pylorus stenasis of benign etiology. RESULT: We obtained success in 26 of 28patients (92.9%) withthis procedure. DISSUCTION: Balloon dilatation, is also an effective treatment modality in pylorus stenosis of benign arigined the literature.
