Özet
Etkilenmiş RH uyuşmazlığı olguları dışında, fetal ve maternal nedenlerle ortaya çıkan hidrops durumu "non immun hidrops fetalis" olarak adlandırılır. NIHF e yol açan başlıca nedenler;fetal kardiak problemler, ağır fetal anemi, azalmış venöz akım, fetal enfeksiyonlar, kromozom anomalileridir. Burada biz kistik higromanın eşlik ettiği nonimmun hidrops fetalisli bir olguyu sunmaktayız.
Abstract
The formation and accumulation of serous fluid in body cavities and subcutaneous edema have been attributed to a great variety of causes. When the condition is due to a condition other than RH isoimmunisation it is termed as non immune hydrops fetalis. Fetal cardiac problems, severe fetal anemia, decreased venous blood flow, fetal infections and chromosomal abnormalities are among the most common causes of non immune hydrops fetalis. We represent a case of non immune hydrops fetalis associated with cystic hygroma.
