Akut myokard infarktüsü tedavisinde magnezyumun yeri

Abstract

Reports of use of'(Magnesium in acute Myocardial infarction (MI) back to the I960' s. Although there have been several small randomised trials, the results were usually inconclusive. There have several reports suggest that, mortality was significantly reduced by intravenous magnesium (Mg), but its effect on reperfusion 's time and period have not been investigated previously. For this reason we investigated intravenous Mg on reperfusion in acute Ml in 30 patients.
