Özet

Klippel-Trenaunay sendromu alt ekstremite boyunca uzanan ve seğmenler dağılım gösteren "Naevus flamneııs", doğuştan olması- bile infant yaştan itibaren görülmeye başlayan variköz yenler ve kemik ve yumuşak doku hipertrofısiyle karekterize nadir görülen bir anormalliktir. Anabilim Dalı'mızda son 16 yılda Klippel-Trenaunay tanısıyla beş hasta tedavi edildi. Kadın erkek oranı 3:2 idi. Ortalama yaş 22 idi. Hastaların hepsinde variközite, nevus ve ekstremite hipertrofısi vardı (1. Tip). A-V fistül hiçbir hastada yoktu. İki hasta dışında tümü komplikasyonsuzdu. İki hastada anormal flebografi bulgusu vardı (%40). Derin ven sistemi normal olan üç hastada anormal varikoziteler çıkarıldı. Postoperatifiki hastada hematom gelişti.

Abstract

Klippel-Trenaunay's syndrome is characterized: with naevus which lies along the lower extremity and shows a segmentary scattering: with varicose veins which have been found beginning from infantile ages but not seen by birth, and with hypertrophies of bone and soft tissues, is rarely seeing abnormality. In our department, five patients with Klippel-Trenaunay's syndrome were managed in the last 16 years. The ratio of female to male was 3:2. Median age was 22 years. All patients had varicosity, naevus and extremity hypertrophy (Type I). None of the patients had not arterio-venous fistula. Two patients had complications. Two patients had abnormal phlebographic findings (40%). Abnormal varicosities of three patients,who had normal deep venous system, were stripped. Hematoma developedpostoperatively in two patients.
