Profilactic heparin administration in a preterm twin pregnancy with single death fetus (Case report )

Özet

İkiz gebelikte, fetuslardan birinin antepartum ölümü, nadir rastlanan bir obstetrik durumdur. Ölü fetus dokularından açığa çıkan tromboplastin hem anne, hem de diğer fetusta tüketim koagülopatisine yol açma potansiyelindedir. Bu yazıda, tek fetusun öldüğü preterm bir ikiz gebelik vakasında, profllaktik olarak düşük doz heparin kullanımı belirtildi. Anne ve fetusıı ilgilendiren potansiyel problemler ve tedavi planları tartışıldı. 5 hafta süren bu tedavi sırasında, koagülasyon profilinde bozulma gözlenmedi Gebelik, anne ve fetus açısından bir komplikasyon olmadan sonuçlandı.

Abstract

In twin pregnancies, intrauterin single fetal demise is a rare conflict. Tromboplastin from the death fetus is a potential danger leading consumption coagulopaty both in the mother and live fetus. In this article , we study the profilactic use of low dose heparin in a preterm twin gestation with intrauterin single fetal demise. Potential associated fetal and maternal complications and the management approaches are discussed. During 5 weeks of medication and follow up, no maternal clotting disorder was observed. There was no complication regarding fetal and maternal outcome.
