Özet
Perkütan karaciğer iğne biyopsisi, çocukluk çağının hepatobilier hastalıklarının tanısında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu çalışmada 218 çocukta, çeşitli nedenlerle, iki farklı yöntemle yapılmış olan perkütan karaciğer iğne biyopsileri, alınan örneğin yeterliliği, komplikasyonlar ve Minik tanıya yardımcılığı açısından karşılaştırılmıştır. Vim- Silverman metodunun kullanıldığı I. grupta, yetersiz materyal oranı %2.7, komplikasyon oranı %6.3 bulundu.
Abstract
Percutaneous liver biopsy has an important role in the diagnosis of hepatobiliary disorders in children. Twohundredeighteen children undervent percutaneous needle liver biopsy using two different techniques. These two techniques have been compared regarding several outcomes, including adequacy of specimen, diagnostic efficancy and complication rate. Inadequate material proportion and complication rate have been found 2.7% and 6.3% in the first group -which we used the Vim- Silverman method. These proportions were 1.8 % and 1.8 % in the second group (Menghini method). There was no statistically significant differences in the two groups. Clinic- histopathologic correlations were found to be 77.2 % in group I and 97.4% in group II. .We concluded that this differences were related with developing laboratory conditions and prebiopsy evaluating of the patients have been done by the pédiatrie gastroenterologist. The result of our study demonstrated that these two techniques can be used safely and effectively for the needle biopsy of the liver in the childhood.
