Özet

Pelvik genital organ relaksasyonu ve anorektal prolapsus 'un beraberce görüldüğü iki olgu sunulmuştur. Her iki olguda da çul de sac peritonunun total eksizyonu, Ripstein operasyonu, sakral kolpopeksi, retropubik onarım ve levator ani kompleksi plikasyonu kombine edilerek aynı seansta sentetik mesh greffier uygulanarak yapılmıştır. Olgularımızda postoperatif ikinci yılda alınan başarılı sonuçlar bu kombine yöntemin aynı grup hastalarda değerli bir tedavi alternatifi olduğunu göstermektedir.

Abstract

We are reporting two cases of simultaneous anorectal and genital organ prolapse. Both of the cases were treated by a surgical combination total excision of the cul de sac peritoneum, Ripstein operation, sacral colpopexie, retropubic repair and levator ani complex plication using syntetic mesh graft materials. The succesful outcome of our cases at the second postoperative year underlines the value of this alternate combined technic in this group of patients.
