İkiz gebelikte patolojik uterus torsiyonu

Özet

Gebe uterusunun patolojik torsiyonu, veterinerlikte oldukça sık karşılaşılan bir bulgu olmasına karşın, bu durum gebe kadınlarda oldukça nadir karşılaşılan bir komplikasyonu oluşturmaktadır. Bizim olgumuzda, uterusun 180"'lik dextrarotasyonuyla beraber uterusun arka duvarında 20x15 cm'lik bir subseröz myomun varlığı söz konusuydu. Bunun yanında literatürdeki yayınlar ve kendi bilgilerimiz ve tecrübelerimiz ışığında, ikiz gebe uterusunun torsiyonu ve sezaryen esnasında uterusun torsiyone olduğunu anlamadan uygulanan komplikasyonsuz posterior alt segment transvers kesinin bu olguyu, literatürdeki diğer olgulardan farklı kıldığı düşüncesindeyiz.

Abstract

Although pathologic torsion of the uterus is a frequent disorder in veterinary obstetrics, it is a very rare complication in human pregnant uterus.In our case presantation the uterus had 180° of dextroratation and subserous myoma 20x15 cm in size at the posterior wall of the uterus. According to our experience, knowledge and the literature the posterior lower segment transvers incision done without complication during cesarian section.without assessing uterus torsion and twin pregnant uterus torsion makes this case unique.
