Özet
İkiz gebelikte normal ve molar yumurta birlikteliği son derece nadirdir. İkiz gebelikte komplet mol hidatiform ve beraberinde fetüs olan bir olgu sunulmaktadır. Ultrasonografik bakıda tipik bal peteği görünümünde molar plasenta ve normal gelişim gösteren fetüs ve plasenta izlendi. Bu kombinasyonun tanısal problemleri yanısıra molar gebeliklerin insidensi de tartışıldı.
Abstract
The association of a normal and a molar egg within a twin pregnancy is extremely rare. A case of the combination of a complete hydatidiform mole and a coexisting fetus arising from a twin pregnancy is presented. Ultrasonic examination found an molar placenta with a typical honeycomb picture and a normal developing fetus and placenta. The diagnostic problems of this combination as well as the incidence of molar pregnancy are discussed.
