Özet
Bu çalısmada, kamyon kasasından yere, yerden kamyon kasasına veya düz olarak yük tasıma sağlamak için PLC kontrollü otomatik yönlenebilen bir konveyör sistemi gerçeklestirilmistir. Prototip olarak gerçeklestirilen bu sistem, mesafe olarak ve yükseklik olarak büyütülüp kolayca üretilebilir. Tasarlanan sistemim kontrolü için kapasitif sensörler kullanılmıstır. Konveyör dikey hareketini iki adet asenkron motordan sağlamaktadır. Yatay hareketini ise, tek yönde hareket eden bir adet asenkron motorlarla gerçeklestirmektedir. Tasarlanan sistem çalısmasında istenilen hareketleri basarıyla gerçeklestirmektedir.
Abstract
In this study, PLC automatic controlled cargo transport conveyor system had been manufactured for trucks. The system was desined as a prototype. Capacitive sensors were used to control the system. Vertical movement of the conveyer was controlled by two asynchronous motors. One asynchronous motor was used to control the horizontal movement of the conveyor. The prototype successfully performed desired movements.
