TEKNİK ARAÇLARLA İZLEME KORUMA TEDBİRİ

Özet

Çalışmamda teknik araçlarla izleme koruma tedbiri, beş ana bölüm altında incelenmiştir. Birinci bölümde, bu koruma tedbirinin şartları, ikinci bölümde bu koruma tedbirinin kapsamı, üçüncü bölümde bu koruma tedbirinin süresi, dördüncü bölümde bu tedbiri uygulamaya yetkili makam üzerinde durulmuş ve son olarak da, bu koruma tedbiri neticesinde elde edilen delillerin nasıl kullanılacağı, hukuka aykırı deliller ve tesadüfen elde edilen deliller bölümüne yer verilerek, çalışma sonlandı- rılmıştır.

Abstract

In my study, Precaution of Monitoring Protection by Technical means, has been examined in five main sections. In the first section, the conditions of this protection precaution have been indicated; in the second section, the scope of this protection precaution has been indicated; in the third section term of this protection precaution has been indicate; in the fourth section the competent authority which is authorized to implement this precaution is emphasized and finally in the fifth section, it is emphasized that how the evidences will be used which are obtained as a result of this protection precaution and also illegal evidences and accidentally obtained evidences have been indicated and thus the study is completed.
