Özet
Uzakdoğu ülkelerinin hukuk sistemleri Türkiye'de yeterince çalı- şılmış değildir. Bu makalede, Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti (Çin) , Japonya ve Kore Cumhuriyeti’nde (Güney Kore) İdare Hukuku alanındaki güncel durum hakkında genel ve tanıtıcı bilgiler verilmiştir. Böylece, çalışma- nın, olası sonraki çalışmalar bakımından bir başlangıç noktası olması amaçlanmıştır.
Abstract
Legal systems of the Far East countries have not been studied enough in Turkey. In this article, general and introductory information is given about the current situation in the field of Administrative Law in the People's Republic of China (China) , Japan and the Republic of Ko- rea (South Korea). Thus, the study is intended to be a starting point for next studies.
