Özet
Seri muhakeme usulü 7188 Sayılı Kanunla hukuk sistemimize dâhil olmuştur. Uygulamasına 01/01/2020 tarihinde başlanmıştır. Türk ceza hukuku sisteminde ilk kez savcıya yaptırımı belirleme yetkisi seri muhakeme usulü ile verilmiştir. Makalemizde seri muhakeme usulünün amacı, uygulama şartları, uygulama usulü ve sonuçları ayrıntılarıyla değerlendirilmiş ve yapılması gereken kanun değişiklikleri konusunda önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
Abstract
“The quick trial is a special method of criminal procedure, which is regulated by the Law/Code Numbered 7188. Its implementation started on 01/01/2020 For the first time in the Turkish criminal law system, the prosecutor was given the power to determine the sanction by quick trial method. In our article, the purpose, application conditions, application procedure and results of the quick trial method were evaluated in detail. Suggestions were made on the amendments to the law to be made.
