Özet

Arsa payı karşılığı inşaat sözleşmesi, tam iki tarafa borç yükleyen bir sözleşmedir. Yüklenicinin inşaattaki ayıplardan sorumlu tutulabilmesi, arsa sahibinin gözden geçirme ve bildirim faaliyetini yerine getirmesine bağlıdır. Çalışmamızda gözden geçirme ve bildirim faaliyeti tüm yönleriyle ele alınacaktır.

Abstract

Construction contract against land share is a contract that imposes debt on both sides. The ability of the contractor to be held responsible for defects in construction depends on the landowner's fulfillment of the review and notification activity. In our study, review and reporting will be handled in all aspects.
