Özet
Bu makalede, anonim şirketlerin sermaye kaybı ve borca batıklık halleri ile bu şirketlerin yönetim ve temsilinden sorumlu olanların, sermaye kaybı ve borca batıklık hallerinde ortaya çıkan sorumlulukları 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı çerçevesinde ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır.
Abstract
In this article, capital loss and insolvency situations of joint-stock companies and the emerging responsibilities of those have manager/ representative positions in joint-stock companies in the case of capital loss and insolvency were attempted to be addressed within the framework of Turkish Commercial Code (Law No. 6102) and capital markets legislations.
