Özet

3628 sayılı Mal Bildiriminde Bulunulması, Rüş vet ve Yolsuzluk- larla Mücadele Kanunu uyarınca mal bildirimlerinin sonu (0) ve (5) ile biten yılların en geç Ş ubat ayı sonuna kadar yenilenmesi gerekmektedir. Dolayısıyla, 3628 sayılı Kanunun kapsamına giren görevlilerin, bu yılın Ş ubat ayı sonuna kadar mal bildirimlerini yenilemeleri gerekmektedir. Bu çalış mada, Mal Bildiriminde Bulunulması, Rüş vet ve Yolsuzluklarla Mücadele Kanunu’na göre mal bildiriminin yenilenmesi hususu ve bu yükümlüğe aykırılık halinde doğabilecek sorumluluk halleri üzerinde durulmaktadır.

Abstract

According to the Notification of Goods, Combating Bribery and Corruption Act, No. 3628, the notification of goods should be renewed no later than the end of February in the years which end with (0) and (5). Thus, within the scope of Act No.3628, officials are required to renew the notification of goods by the end of February of this year. Failure to comply with these obligations requires the responsibilities of the officials. In this study, we aim to explain the renewal of the notification of goods and liabilities which may occur under the terms of the Notification of Goods, Combating Bribery and Corruption Act.
