TAM ZAMANINDA ÜRETİMİN ETKİNLİĞİ VE VERİMLİLİĞİNDE KANBAN SİSTEMİNİN ROLÜ

(THE ROLE OF KANBAN SYSTEM IN EFFICIENCY AND PRODUCTIVITY OF JUST IN TIME PRODUCTION)

Özet

Küreselleşme ile birlikte rekabetin önemli oranda arttığı günü- müzde işletmeler, maliyetlerini azaltmak için çeşitli üretim sistemleri geliştirmektedir. Geliştirilen bu sistemlerden biri de Tam Zamanında Üretim (TZÜ) sistemidir. TZÜ sistemi, tam zamanında satın alma ve tam zamanında üretimi gerektiren bir maliyet ve stok kontrol sistemidir. Kanban sistemi ise, TZÜde malzeme hareketlerinin kontrolü amacıyla kullanılan bir çizelgeleme yaklaşımıdır. Bu çalışmada, TZÜ ve kanban sistemi hakkında genel bilgilere yer verildikten sonra TZÜnün etkinliği ve verimliliğinde kanban sisteminin rolü açıklanmıştır.

Abstract

Today, when competition increased significantly with globalization, businesses have developed a variety of producting systems to minimize costs. One of these systems is Just In Time (JIT) production system. JIT production system is a cost and stock control system which requires just in time purchasing and production. Also, kanban system is a scheduling approach used to control of material movement at JIT production system. In this article, after general information about JIT production and kanban system, the role of kanban system in efficiency and productivity of JIT production is explained.
