Anonim şirketlere hakim olan ilkelerden birisi sermayenin korumasıdır. Bu ilkenin gereği olarak, Türk Ticaret Kanunu, sermayesini kaybeden anonim şirketler tarafından izlenebilecek bazı yollar öngörmüştür. Bu yollardan birisi, kaybedilen sermayenin tamamlanmasıdır. Bu çalışmada, sermayesini kaybeden anonim şirkette sermayenin hangi yöntemler ile tamamlanabileceği ele alınmaktadır

One of the basic principles about joint-stock companies corporations is the capital conservation. As a requirement of this principle, Turkish Commercial Code proposes some methods to those corporations facing capital loss. One of these methods is to settle the lost capital.
