Özet

Tebliğ, hakkında hüküm ifade eden bir işlem yapılan kimsenin, bu işlemden haberdar olması için yapılan yazılı bildirim anlamına gelmek- tedir. Vergilendirme işlemlerine ilişkin tebligat hükümleri, genel tebligat hükümlerini düzenleyen Tebligat Kanunu’ndan ayrı olarak Vergi Usul Kanunu’nun 21 ile 93-109’uncu maddeleri arasında düzenlenmiştir. Teb- ligatta yapılacak bazı hatalar, tarhiyatın terkini sonucunu doğurabilmek- tedir. Bu nedenle tebliğ işleminin sorunsuz bir şekilde tamamlanması ve kamu alacağının sorunsuz bir şekilde tahsil edilebilmesi için tebliğ son derece önemlidir. Bu sebeple verginin tebliği aşamasında görev alan bi- rimlerin tebliğ aşamasının sorunsuz bir şekilde tamamlanması için azami özeni göstermeleri gerekmektedir.

Abstract

The Communiqué refers to a written notice made by any person who has made a judgment about it, to be informed about this transac- tion. Notification provisions regarding taxation transactions are regula- ted between 21 and 93-109 items of the Tax Procedure Law separately from the Notification Law regulating general notification provisions. Some mistakes to be made in the notification may result in the termina- tion of the assessment. For this reason, it is very important that the noti- fication process is completed smoothly and the public will be able to collect it without any problems. For this reason, it is necessary for the units taking part in the notification phase of the vegan to show utmost self-sufficiency in order to complete the notification process smoothly.
