Patates Üreticiliği Yapan Çiftçilerin Üretim Maliyetlerine İlişkin Algilarini Belirlemeye Yönelik Bir Araştirma: Niğde İli Örneği

Özet
Patates insanların beslenmesinde önemli bir yere sahip olmakla birlikte üretim aşamasında çeşitli maliyet unsurlarını içinde barındırmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, çalışma Niğde ilinde patates üreticiliği yapan çiftçileri kapsamaktadır. Anket çalışması, SPSS 21 paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, patates üreticiliği yapan çiftçiler üzerine bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tesadüfi olmayan örnekleme yoluyla araştırmaya katılan patates üreticilerinden alınan yanıtlardan hareketle tanımlayıcı istatistikler raporlanmış, ardından parametrik olmayan hipotez testi uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular neticesinde; patates üreticilerinin, patates üretiminin girdileri olan kredi, depolama, elektrik, gübre, mazot ve tohum maliyetlerini oldukça yüksek bulduğu ve bunların maliyetlerini karşılamakta birtakım güçlüklerle karşılaştıkları tespit edilmiştir.
Abstract
Potato production has an important role for the nutrition of people, beside it includes several cost factors in its production phase. In this context, our study contains the farmers who produce potato in Niğde province. In order to reach this aim a research is conducted about the potato farmers. The definite statistics has been reported by the answers of the participant potato farmers, with the non-random sample. After that, non-parametric hypothesis test has been applied. The survey has been analyzed by using SPSS 21 software. According to our findings, potato farmers find the costs of the production inputs quite expensive, as credit, storage, electricity, fertilizers, diesel and seed costs. Additionally, the farmers express that they are experiencing a set of obstacle in affording the input costs.
