Farelerde Aspicularis tetraptera ve Hymenolepis nana'ya karşı drontal plus ve paratak plus'ın etkisi

Özet
Bu çalışmada doğal enfekte farelerde Aspicularis tetraptera ve Hynıenolepis nana'yd karşı Drontal plus ve Paratak pkıs'ın etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla 30 enfekte beyaz fare, 2'si sağaltım, l'i kontrol grubu olmak üzere 10'ar hayvanlık 3 gruba ayrılmıştır. Sağaltım grupları için tablet şeklindeki preparatlar her fareye 0.2 mi verilmek üzere fizyolojik tuzlu su ile süspansiyon haline getirilmiştir. Birinci gruba 5 mg/kg praziquantel, 14.4 mg/kg pyrantel embonate ve 15 mg/kg febantel olacak şekilde doze edilen Drontal plus, ikinci gruba 5 mg/kg paraziquantel, 14 mg/kg pyrantel pamoate ve 54.5 mg/kg oxantel pamoate içeren Paratak plus süspansiyonu ucu kıvrık ve küt olan özel bir kanülle ağız yoluyla verilmiştir. Üçüncü grup ise kontrol olarak ayrılmıştır. İlaç uygulanmasını takip eden 7. gün yapılan otopsi sonuçlarına göre; Drontal plus A. letraptera'yu % 91.8, H. nana'ya r/r 65 oranında etkili olurken, Paratak plus A. tetraptera'ya % 90.3, H. nancı'ya % 50 oranında etkili bulunmuştur. İlaçların fareler üzerinde herhangi bir toksik etkisi görülmemiştir.
Abstract
In this study, the effects of Drontal plus and Paratak plus against A. tetraptera and H. nana were investigated in nat¬urally infected mice. Thirty infected white mice were divided into 3 groups in which first two groups were for treatment, the other one was for control. Each group was consist of 10 animals. For treatment groups, drug tablets were suspensed in saline to give mice in the dosage of 0.2 ml. The suspension of Dronlal plus was given to first group orally and it was containing 5 mg/kg of praziquantel, 14 mg/kg of pyrantel em-bo mile, and 15 mg/kg of febantel. The suspension of Paratak plus was given to second group orally, and it was containing 5 mg/kg of praziquantel, 14 mg/kg of pyrantel pamoate, and 54.5 mg/kg of oxantel pamoate. Third group was for control, and nothing was given to this group. Seven days after treatment, all groups were necropsied. According to the results; Drontal plus was effective 91.8 % against A. tetraptera and 65 % against H. nana while Paratak plus was effective 90.3 % against A. tetraptera and 50 % against H. nana. No toxic effects of these drugs were seen in mice.
